The applicants have preferred the present petition for non- compliance of the judgment and order dated 06.08.2018 passed in Writ C No. 26173 of 2018 (New Vilseniya Public School Samiti, L-1833, Shastri Nagar, Meerut and another Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
It is argued by the counsel for the applicants that pursuant to the order, representations were made by the applicants before the opposite party namely District Magistrate/President, District Urban Development Agency on 13.11.2018 and thereafter a legal notice dated 25.08.2020 but till date no decision has been taken.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally permitting the applicants to submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the District Magistrate / President (Duda) Nagar Nigam Meerut within a period of three weeks from today along with copy of this order and in case any such representation is filed by the applicants before the opposite party within the time indicated hereinabove, he shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the applicants before him.
