JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the above Criminal Revision Petition was posted for hearing on 15.05.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner.
Therefore, the Criminal Revision Petition was directed to be posted today under the caption for dismissal.
Even today when the matter was called in the morning there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was passed over. But, the learned counsel for the respondents is present. Again when the matter is called at 2.30 p.m. even then also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
