Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Shamhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
It claims that in this case the concerned degree of B.Ed. degree for the year 2013 has not been given to the petitioner. Although he is applied for obtaining the same but the matter is delayed.
Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the cause of action involved in this case has already been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner will ascertain the above mentioned facts and in case it is obtained then he does not have any grievance and if not, then as agreed upon by both the parties, petitioner may approach the authority concerned by way of moving representation and authority concerned shall pass appropriate order expeditiously without any hindrance.
In view of above, this petition is finally disposed off. Cost easy.
