Sri G.S. Mishra, Advocate, has appeared for the respondent no.7.
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to be issued upon the authorities concerned to conclude the enquiry initiated against respondent no.7.
Apparently petitioner has no locus in the matter. None of his individual rights are otherwise infringed.
Learned counsel for the respondents points out that petitioner happens to be the nephew of respondent no.6, and it is a motivated petition.
Be that as it may, this Court finds that none of the petitioner's individual rights are infringed. Law is otherwise settled that a public interest litigation in service matter would otherwise not be entertained.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
