JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Learned APP Mr. Pandya waives service of Rule.
By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the marriage of his sister's daughter scheduled on 15.4.2012.
From the jail remarks, we find that the applicant convict was already on temporary bail in November, 2011 itself.
Considering this aspect, discretion does not deserve to be exercised and hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
