The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide restoration application dated 5.8.2017 filed by the petitioners seeking recall of exparte order dated 8.5.2006 dismissing Original Suit No.1596 of 2004 in default within a specified time frame.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the restoration application expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
