Petitioner claims to be the owner of 9.77Ares of property situated in Survey No.72/8 and 3.29 Ares of property situated in Survey No.72/20 of Block No.27 of Ezhumattoor Village. Petitioner's case is that there is no puramboke property or private property in existence. However, someone has made a manipulation in the Field Measurement Book in order to create a pathway through the petitioner's property. Petitioner submits that there is an interpolation in Village records.
2. Based on the grievance of the petitioner, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvalla directed the Additional Tahsildar, Mallappally as per Ext.P10 to take necessary action after obtaining Ext.P8 report from the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records.
3. In view of the above, Additional Tahsildar, Mallappally is directed to conclude the proceedings in the light of Exts.P10 and P8 within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
