By means of present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant is seeking a direction upon the court below to decide the complaint case no. 1250 of 2015 (Vikramjit Shukla Vs. Rajesh Kumar Pandey and others) under sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Badlapur, District Jaunpur, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the court below, Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid criminal case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
