Learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that if a direction may be issued to the court below for disposal of bail application, if given, on the same day in that case he would like to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.
In view of above submission, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as withdrawn.
However, a direction is given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and gives bail application, the same shall be considered on the same day and disposed of in accordance with law.
