The petitioner is seeking a direction to the District Magistrate, Kaushambi, to decide the application for grant of fire arms license filed by the petitioner dated 10.01.2021.
Be that as it may without entering into the merits of the case, it is provided that the petitioner's application shall be considered by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably, within 3 months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with copy of the application.
It is made clear that the Court has not considered the claim and contention of the petitioner on merits. The District Magistrate concerned shall take a decision strictly in accordance with law.
The writ petition is finally disposed of.
