This application has been moved on behalf of applicant nos. 1, 2 and 3 namely Smt. Chandrawati, Abhishek Chaudhary and Ashish Chaudhary as heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner, Vikram Singh who is said to have died on 18.05.2015 with a prayer to substitute them as heirs and legal representatives in the memo of appeal.
The application is supported by the affidavit of applicant no. 2, Abhishek Chaudhary.
In paragraph 3 of the affidavit accompanying the application, it has been stated on oath that the petitioner, Vikram Singh has died leaving behind his wife, Smt. Chandrawati and his sons, Abhishek Chaudhary and Ashish Chaudhary who are already on record as applicant no. 1, 2 and 3 respectively in this writ petition, as his heirs and legal representatives.
In view of the facts stated in paragraph 3 of the affidavit accompanying this application, the application is allowed.
Office is directed to record the factum of death of the petitioner, Vikram Singh in the cause title with the note that his heirs and legal representatives i.e. his wife, Smt. Chandrawati and his sons, Abhishek Chaudhary and Ashish Chaudhary are already on record as applicant no. 1, 2 and 3 respectively in this writ petition.
