Hon'ble Mrs. Jayashree Tiwari,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh for the contesting respondent.
The petitioner seeks quashing of notification under section 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act issued on 15.12.1999 and 24.4.2000.
It is apparent from a perusal of paragraph nos. 11, 12 and 13 of the writ petition that the possession of the land had already been taken from the father of the petitioner and he had also received compensation and thus, the Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary power at this stage.
In view of the aforesaid, no case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made. Rejected.
