We have heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondent and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to. 5.
This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :-
(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to restore the Electricity Connection of residential house of the petitioner within stipulated period.
(ii) Issue such other Writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
(iii) To award costs of the petition of the petitioners.
In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non restoration of the electricity connection of residential house.
We dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to represent his case before respondent no. 3 for redressal of his grievance along with certified copy of the order of this Court. In case, such approach is made, the electricity connection be restored within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of application. In case, it is not possible, reasons for the same be recorded in the form of order within the same time.
