Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel.
Although, the learned counsel for the petitioners has assailed the order of transfer, he submits that the ends of justice would merit the petitioners being permitted to represent against the same. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions states that the petitioners shall join the place of posting within 10 days and represent their case to the second respondent within two weeks from today.
Learned Standing Counsel states that in case the petitioners join the place of posting as per the statement made above and continue to work on that post any representations that may be made within a period of two weeks from today, shall be considered and disposed of by the second respondent in accordance with law and within a period of one month therefrom.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall in consequence stand disposed of.
