Sri D.D. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Manish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel representing the State- respondents are present.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the parties have already settled their dispute amicably out of the Court and do not want to press this petitioner, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the contesting respondent nos.4 and 5 as well as learned Standing Counsel have no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the contesting respondent nos.4 and 5 has submitted that he has filed a joint affidavit of the parties to bring on record the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.
In view of the aforesaid statements made by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
