This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings in application no. 38 of 2019, Sanjiv Kumar Raghav vs. Naresh and 7 others, under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., P.S.- Dhaulana, District- Hapur as well as the order dated 16.7.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-First, Hapur.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
The applicants are the proposed accused. Objection has been raised by learned A.G.A. that this application does not lie in the wake of Full Bench of this Court in the case of Father Thomas v. State of U.P., 2011 CrLJ 2278 All.
Counsel for the applicants has not been able to give any adequate reply to the objections raised by learned A.G.A.
Therefore, the application stands dismissed as not maintainable.
