Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner and Sri Vivek Ratan Agrawal, learned counsel for the defendant- respondent.
Identical issues have been raised in MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 4517 of 2018, wherein this Court has proceeded to direct the parties to maintain status quo as of today qua the property in dispute till the next date of listing vide order of date.
In view of the above, following the same set of reasoning, in the present Writ Petition also it is directed that the parties shall maintain status quo as of today qua the property in dispute till the next date of listing. Meanwhile, the parties may exchange their affidavits.
