Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioners have prayed for following relief:-
"(a). issue suitable order or direction commanding the respondent no. 1 to decide Arbitration Case No. 173 of 2004 expeditiously and in a time bound manner as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and pleadings raised, petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid arbitration case strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and after giving full opportunity of hearing to contesting parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months provided the petitioner concludes his evidence within one month from the date of production of copy of this order It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one Order Date :- 27.9.2021 Kuldeep
