JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is required to be released salary in terms of order dated 25.4.2011 (Annexure-8) issued by the Special Secretary, Government of U.P. addressed to the Director, Basic Education. However, salary is not being paid.
Let notice be issued to respondent no.4, returnable in four weeks.
The Director, Basic Education and Zila Basic Shiksha Adhikari, District Rae Bareli, respondent nos.2 and 3, are directed to file their counter affidavit within three weeks.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereof.
