1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
2. According to the prosecution case the applicant demanded extortion money Rs. 30 lacs from Jitendra @ Jitto for contesting the election of Block Pramukh by showing him fear of death. Sri Jitendra @ Jitto Bhai in his statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. has narrated about the demand so made. It is pertinent to mention that a C,D, in respect of the said conversation in between the aforesaid two persons is also available in evidence. The applicant has a long criminal history of 42 criminal cases of various type. In order to protect the society long it is hazardous to allow such type of persons to rome feely in the society. There is no ground for bail. The toil application is rejected.
