Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the HMP Case No. 142 of 2015 (Vikas Yadav Vs. Smt.Samita Devi), pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case/appeal/application/suit, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
