Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the record.
Petitioner, by means of instant petition, is primarily assailing the election of third respondent as Pradhan.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has instituted an election petition.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before appropriate Court/forum in accordance with law.
