It appears that this criminal revision is wrongly filed under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. as the revisionist Vikas is assailing the orders of Special Judge, SC/ST Act dated 18.10.2019, whereby the informant's application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was allowed the the non accused (Vikas) was summoned in exercise of power under Section 319 Cr.P.C..
The revision is not maintainable and accordingly dismissed.
Learned counsel for the revisionist if so desired he may invoke the proper remedy available to him under the law.
The certified copy of the impugned order may be returned back within a week.
