Ms.
Mamta Vyas, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner proposes to place on record the documents, which are records to support her client's case in respect of getting center.
Shri Oza, learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 2 Board submitted that copies of documents may be furnished to him so that he can obtain appropriate instructions.
Ms.
Vyas, learned advocate submits that she will produce this documents on record along with short affidavit, which would indicate the source of origination of the document and copy thereof. Ms. Vyas, learned advocate at this stage also submitted that let DEO may also place these documents on record as these documents have been obtained by her from learned AGP and she has handed over said documents to her.
The Court is of the considered view that any documents produced before this court is required to be submitted along with affidavit indicating its source of origination so as to enabling the other side to obtain instructions with this regard and pleadings are required to be completed.
In view of this, at the request of Ms. Vyas, matter is adjourned to 05.03.2012 and it is expected that learned AGP for respondent no. 1 and Mr. Oza, learned advocate for respondent Board shall obtain instructions with this regard.
