Heard Shri R.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to issue direction to the Director of Higher Education, U.P. Allahabad to accord permission for filling up the posts of Stenographer, Senior Clerk, Routine Grade Clerk, Library Clerk and Lab Assistant in B.A.V. Post Graduate College, Bulandshahar.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents states that in case the petitioner moves a representation regarding his claim, the same may be considered and decided by the appropriate authority.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation along with certified copy of this order before the competent authority, which is stated to be respondent No.2, the Director of Higher Education, U.P. Allahabad, who may consider the representation filed by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation ignoring the order dated 6.9.2017.
