The present application has been filed by the applicant when he was working on the post of Gram Pradhan. It is admitted by learned counsel for the applicant that at present applicant is not working on the post of Gram Pradhan.
In view of this matter, the contempt application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
