Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no.5.
By means of this Public Interest Litigation, petitioner complains of unauthorized encroachment by the respondents 2,3 and 4 over plot no.1247, which is recorded as chak road.
It is stated that the complaint in this regard has been made to the respondent on 18.06.2019.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 18.06.2019 expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
