Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to command the respondents to decide the representation of petitioner dated 12.08.2014, 02.09.204, 18.11.2014, 12.01.2015 and 15.04.2019 in the light of the guidelines as well as Government Order dated 07.11.2017 issued by respondent no.2, expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Distrit Magistrate Allahabad/Chairman, District Level Committee of Reorganization/Delimitation of Gram Panchayat to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
