At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this habeas corpus writ petition on merit and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy provided under Section 97/98 Cr.P.C. before the authority concerned.
In view of the submission made by Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
However, it is made clear that in case petitioner no. 1 approaches the authority concerned, under Section 97/98 Cr.P.C., his grievance shall be considered in accordance with law.
