Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anandi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for respondent bank.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-bank to provide the "No Dues Certificate" and original documents of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner took loan from the respondent-bank thereafter, under the scheme of "Jiyo Swambhiman Se", the petitioner had deposited the entire dues but "No Dues Certificate" as well as original documents has not been issued to the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation along with a certified copy of this order before the respondent-bank, ventilating all his grievances therein and in case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it.
