JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
By means of order dated 13.02.2012, Sri Sudeep Seth, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 was granted time to file counter affidavit, but he has failed to do so. He states that inspite of letter sent to the concerned department, no one has contacted him.
He prays for and is granted a fortnight further time to file counter affidavit. Failing which, Principal Secretary, Cooperative Services Institutional Board, U.P., Lucknow shall appear in person on 17.04.2012 along with record to assist the Court.
