Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under proceedings of the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Guntur, dated 22.11.2014, permission was granted to shift the school run by the petitioner’s Society from Nidubrolu to Ponnur. In view of that, the cause in the writ petition does not any more survive.
Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
