Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh as certain clerical mistakes have been committed which may affect the proper hearing of the case.
The prayer aforesaid is allowed.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
