1. It is submitted by Mr.Majmudar, learned Advocate for the applicants that daughter of respondent no.2 complainant married with petitioner no.2 against will of respondent no.2 and her relatives. At present Nishaben daughter of respondent no.2 is residing with petitioners, as wife of petitioner no.2.
2. In view of above, Notice returnable on 18.07.2011. Mr.L.R.Poojari, learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent no.1. There is no stay over the investigation but applicants will not be arrested without permission of the Court. Direct service is permitted, to be served through concerned Police Station.
