The instant writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 20.5.2019 (Annexure no.11 to the writ petition) with regard to returning of his compensation and restoring his name in the revenue record over Khata Nos.33, 155, 154 Plot Nos.422, 423, 149 and 157 situated in village Mokauda, Pargana Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar in view of the judgement dated 15.4.2011 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.3261 of 2011 (Radhe Shyam (D) and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) (contained in Annexure No.5 to the writ petition and order dated 17.10.2014 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Review application filed by respondent No.3 (contained in Annexure no.7 to the writ petition) by which the land acquisition proceedings with regard to land in question initiated by way of notification dated 12.3.2008 under Section 4(1) read with Section 17)(4) and notification dated 19.11.2018 issued under Section 6 read with Section 17(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been quashed.
It has been brought to our notice that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation on 20.5.2019 (Annexure 11 to the writ petition) but on the said representation, no decision has been taken.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to respondent No.2 to decide the said representation filed by the petitioner before him on 20.5.2019 (Annexure 11) strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
