Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. Learned counsel for the applicants states that it is a matrimonial dispute and prays that the matter may be referred to the Mediation Centre. It is directed that the applicants shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- within a period of one month from today with the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Out of the amount so deposited, O.P. No. 2 will be given money for her to and fro journey on producing a certificate of the expenditure. Let this order be place before the Registrar/Incharge of 'Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre'. The Registrar/Incharge of the Mediation Centre, shall fix a date and every efforts shall be made for reconciliation and complete the process of mediation within two months from today. In the event the effort is not successful, the case will be listed after two months, along with report of conciliator.
Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable within four weeks. The proceedings of complaint case no. 7646 of 2009, under sections 498-A I.P.C. and section 3/4 of D.P.Act. (Teloo Ramm Vs. Vikas alias Nepal and others) shall remain stayed, till the next date of listing. Order Date :- 4.1.2010 R
