JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance involved in these writ petitions no more survive for consideration, since the service of the party respondents 4 to 8 in W.P.(C)No.37020/2008 was already terminated during pendency of these writ petitions. Accordingly these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
