Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following prayers:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide expeditiously the application of the petitioner dated 5.3.2021 (Annexure No.11 to the writ petition), within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to renew the license of Cattle/Goat Market of the petitioner."
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 5.3.2021 on or before 31.10.2021.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
