Heard Mr. Phool Chandra, learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for State and Mr. Sitendra Mishra, Advocate, who has put in appearance on behalf of informant.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits that there are some inherent mistakes in the application, which cannot be cured by supplementary affidavit. He, therefore, submits that present application be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for informant do not dispute the same.
Application is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
