Vijendra Shrivastav & Others vs State Of U.P. & Another

Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection towards the maintainability of the instant criminal revision and submitted that against the impugned order the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the court below under Section 29 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Learned Counsel for the revisionist has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant criminal revision with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

Considering the request of learned Counsel for the revisionist, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
