The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 24.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.1371 of 2021 (Vijendra Pal Singh Vs. State of U.P. and Others ).
Today when the mater is taken up, Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for opposite party placed instructions dated 27.09.2021 from the office of the opposite party along with a decision dated 25.09.2021 taken in the matter by a committee constituted in this regard, the same is taken on record and a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant.
It is argued by Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that in compliance of the order of Writ Court, since a decision has already been taken by opposite party on 25.09.2021, therefore, the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has a liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
