The writ petition is directed against the transfer order. The plea of the petitioner is that his two children got admitted in schools at Greater Noida in the first week of April, 2019. On account of his transfer to District Hapur, after two months, in July, 2019, it would be difficult for him to get his children readmitted in District Hapur, even from financial angle.
In the opinion of the Court, the said grievance is to be placed before the respondent no.3 namely the Superintendent Engineer Transmission Mandal UPPTCL Greater Noida. The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3 alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievance within a period of two weeks from today after joining the place of transfer.
In case of filing of the representation, the respondent no.3 shall take an expeditious decision in accordance with law.
Disposed of.
