(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through Jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to withdraw amount from his GPF Account, to vacate the Government quarters and also to pay advocate fee. Learned APP to verify the contents of the application in light of the fact that the convict is convicted as back as on 20th January 2009, as to: (i) whether he is allowed to retain Government quarter till date. and (ii) whether withdrawal of amount from his GPF Account can be arranged while he remains in Jail.
