Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Sujit Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 3 and 4 and Shri K.B.Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 5.
The petitioner's grievance is with regard to notice issued by the respondent no. 5 for retiring the petitioner on 31.12.2018. It has been submitted that as per the amended Section 122-A of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act of 1965, the age of superannuation of employees similar to the petitioner has been extended up to 62 years. However, the petitioner has not been given the benefit of the said Circular/amended Section 122-A of the Act of 1965.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation within a week from today along with a certified copy of this order to the respondent no. 5 (Adhyaksh, Kisan Sewa/Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Ranaich Block Pahasu, District Bulandshahar) who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible say before 31.12.2018.
