JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present application is filed by the under-trial prisoner seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days in connection with C.R. No.I-5 of 2011 registered with Gandhinagar Zone Police Station, Gandhinagar for an offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477-A and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 46 of the Banking Regulations Act. The under-trial prisoner is in jail since 03.03.2012.
2. Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant is having Gout problem and therefore, he is required to take only Ayurvedic treatment, more particularly after making known other medical background to the concerned Ayurvedic Vaidhya. Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that if the applicant could be allowed to take treatment at Maniben Ayurvedic Hospital, Nr.Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad and in case of emergency, if he is allowed to take medical treatment at TCVS (Total Cardiovascular Solutions), Nr.Parimal Cross Roads, Ahmedabad, it will serve ends of justice.
3. Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that at Maniben Ayurvedic Hospital, which is near to Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Ayurvedic treatment is available and the jail authorities will take the prisoner to the said Hospital for getting him the required treatment.
4. It goes without saying that in case of emergency, if the prisoner is required to be taken to TCVS (Total Cardiovascular Solutions), Nr.Parimal Cross Roads, Ahmedabad, he will be taken to that centre for necessary treatment.
5. With directions, the application is disposed of.
Direct service permitted today.
