On 21.9.2001, this Appeal was admitted and bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5000/- was issued against the respondent No.1 - original accused by this Court. The said bailable warrant was served to the respondent No.1. Today, when the matter is called out, the respondent No.1 is not present. The Appeal is of the year 2001 and order is passed by this Court on 21.9.2001, inspite of which the respondent No.1 has not remained present before this Court.
Therefore, the office is directed to issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5000/- against the respondent No.1. The matter be listed for hearing on 26.7.2012.
