As per order dated 06.11.2012, the applicant-husband was to clear the arrears of maintenance. According to learned advocate for the applicant-husband, the extent of arrears was Rs.45,000/-, which he has deposited as recorded in the last order. However, learned advocate for the respondent-wife states that still there are arrears to the tune of Rs.35,000/-, which are required to be paid by the applicant-husband. In view of the factual dispute, the respective learned advocates shall exchange the statement of calculations showing the arrears payable and paid. S.O. 09.01.2013.
