According to applicant-husband only Rs.45,000/- is due and payable towards arrears of maintenance and according to respondent No.2-wife Rs.74,000/- is due and payable towards arrears of maintenance. Without further entering into the said controversy, let the applicant-husband deposit Rs.45,000/- with the learned Family Court, Rajkot on or before 08/11/2012 and the same shall be permitted to be withdrawn by respondent No.2-wife, which shall be paid to her by Account Payee Cheque on 09/11/2012 itself.
