The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL 17 C 8343, on the route Chembakasserikadavu - Moothedathukavu in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL- 36 3136/KL-17 3645, pending regular permit application.
2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-36 3136/KL-17 3645 is still in existence and if the regular permit application is in the vacancy of an earlier permit, then necessarily, the temporary permit application shall be considered within a period of three weeks and the same issued, if there is no other legal impediment. Needless to say, such WP(C).33539/14 2 issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
