ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner, which is a HT consumer, is that the respondents have issued revised bills for the consumption months of April and July, 2014, wherein they have included the sums of Rs.7,01,586/- under the head ‘Other Charges-II’ and Rs.9,14,754/- under the head ‘Other Charges-I’ and that despite two representations, dated 01.07.2014 and 19.10.2014, made to respondent No.4 for deletion of the said sums from the bills, no action has been taken thereon.
Sri S.V.Ramana, learned counsel, representing Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for SPDCTL, submitted that respondent No.4 will consider the petitioner’s representations and communicate the details supporting the impugned demands.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to furnish the details for the impugned demands. Upto two weeks from the date of communication of such details, the respondents shall not effect disconnection of power supply.
Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.40208 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
